Stop at Nothing is just a silly reaction game and doesn't collect any personal data.

That said, if you choose to sign up for an account and compete in the leaderboard, you'll need to prove you're not a spam bot and sign in with a valid email address (or through another social sign in method).

If you do choose to sign up and provide an email address, Stop at Nothing will never share your email address with anyone else because that's evil and rude.
